At Essence De Luna Noire Scent Boutique, we take pride in the quality and care of our handcrafted scents and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of fragrance and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Custom or made-to-order items

Opened or used items
However, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin preparing your items and cannot guarantee cancellation.
